Junction of Function Standard Shipping and Delivery Practices

Here at Junction of Function we may utilize a variety of methods to ship out your order, example (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS,etc.). We take into consideration your desired delivery time, weight and measurements when deciding upon the most cost effective carrier.

Payment:

Orders must be prepaid by a credit card (Visa and Mastercard Only), check, or a money order. We will accept Purchase Orders from nonprofits and schools on mailed or faxed orders.

International Shipping Orders that exclude Canada

The customer will be contacted via e-mail by Junction of Function, Inc. with a specific quote for shipping charges for your order. You are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.

Customs, duties, and taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Shipping and Handling Costs For USA:
-Subtotal under $60.00 add $5.95
-Subtotal over $60.00 add 10% of subtotal
AK, HI, APO/FPO, and US Territories Shipping and Handling rates
-Individuals: 20% of subtotal ($15.00 minimum)
-Canadian Schools: Schools have two options for shipping and handling.
-13% of subtotal ( $10.00 minimum; Customer is responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.
-20% of subtotal ($15.00 minimum); JOF is responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Junction of Function would like you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Junction of Function.com will only accept returns on items purchased through the website within 30 days of the customer’s order date, along with a copy of the packing slip, receipt, order number, or returns processing form. All returned items must be unused and in saleable condition. To return or exchange your merchandise please fill out the form listed below. **We are unable to refund any freight charges.

Junction of Function wants you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to JOF within 30 days of ordering for either an exchange, credit, or refund. All items must be unused, and able to be resold.

REFUNDS

You will receive a full refund for each item returned in unused and resellable condition. You should expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks of receipt of your return.

International Orders
